Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger reportedly have big baby news!
Los Angeles, California - It looks like Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger will be parents for a second time!
People cited multiple insider sources who confirmed the big baby news, although neither Pratt nor his author wife have any official statement as yet.
The couple got hitched in June 2019 and it didn't take long for their first child, little Lyra Marie, to see the light of day in August 2020.
It seems like she will soon be a big sister!
Pratt also has a nine-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage with fellow actor Anna Faris.
Just days before this story broke, the 42-year-old Guardians of the Galaxy star was gushing about Katherine, who is the daughter of the one and only Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
"You are such a wonderful wife, mother, step-mother, and life partner. I simply can’t imagine how lost I’d be without you," Pratt wrote in a lengthy Instagram post for his spouse's 32nd birthday. "You’re beautiful, tough as nails, reasonable, deeply thoughtful, extraordinarily smart, you’re a complete boss, eternally driven and you communicate like no other."
"I love you so much honey. Happy Birthday!" he concluded.
Pratt's previous birthday post falls flat
Pratt is clearly head-over-heels for Katherine Schwarzenegger, to whom he regularly writes social media love letters.
However, the wording in a post published on Lyra Marie's birthday landed him in hot water earlier this year. The caption thanked Schwarzenegger for giving him "a healthy daughter," which was widely slammed as insensitive towards his ex-wife and the son they have together.
Jack was born a full nine weeks premature and with some serious health issues , so the emphasis on "healthy" didn't exactly come across well.
In response to the backlash, Pratt said he felt "upset and depressed."
His recent role choices have also sparked waves of criticism, none more so than the upcoming turn as the titular character in Super Mario Bros.
