Okurrr! Cardi B will make her hosting debut at the 2021 American Music Awards
Los Angeles, California - Cardi B will be this year's host for the 2021 American Music Awards!
On Tuesday, the Bodak Yellow artist excitingly announced that she is making her hosting debut at this year's AMAs.
The five-time AMA winner revealed the thrilling news on Instagram and in a press release.
"When I received the invite to host the AMAs, I was so excited. I’m ready to bring my personality to the AMAs stage! Thank you to Jesse Collins, ABC and MRC for making this happen," she shared in the official statement.
The AMAs echoed the rapper's enthusiasm with a post on its official IG page.
"We wanna party with Cardi, so we asked her to be our host and she said YES! Get ready for @iamcardib as she hosts the #AMAs Sunday, Nov 21 at 8/7c on ABC. #CardiAMAs," the caption read.
Viewers are surely in for a treat this year as Cardi will undoubtedly stun in impeccable outfits and killer jokes.
The I Like It artist is also up for three awards, therefore this will be a huge night for the hip-hop star.
This is also the fifth time the ceremony has chosen a Black female celeb to host the reputable event.
The 2021 American Music Awards will air on ABC November 21, so get ready to party with Cardi soon!
