It's been one day since Britney Spears and Sam Asghari got engaged, and the pair has already received some unsolicited advice from celebrities and fans alike.

Following Britney's Instagram announcement of the joyous news in a post captioned, "I can’t f****** believe it !!!!!!", actor Octavia Spencer wasted no time dishing out some well-intentioned guidance, commenting, "Make him sign a prenup."

But Spencer wasn't the only one urging Britney to sign a prenup with her new fiancé. Fans showed up in masses to the comment section of the 39-year-old's post, reiterating what Spencer had so bluntly advised.

One fan wrote, "Wishing you the best! Please get a prenup," while another said, "so happy for you mama but please make sure y’all sign that prenup."

Clearly, Asghari was tuned into the countless comments of concern.

On Monday, the 27-year-old addressed the rising concerns in an Instagram Story saying, "Thank you everyone who is concerned about the prenup. Of course we're getting an iron clad prenup to protect my jeep and shoe collection incase she dumps me one day," followed by several laughing emojis.

The news of Britney and Sam's engagement came nearly three months after the pop star opened up in a court hearing about her desire to get married and have more kids – something she allegedly was not allowed to do under the conservatorship arrangement.
