Los Angeles, California - Britney Spears and Alyssa Milano had a little misunderstanding after the latter's old Twitter post rubbed the pop singer the wrong way.

The Circus artist was already annoyed after her die-hard fans sent the cops to her home, which led to an unexpected wellness check.

Now, the 50-year-old Charmed star found herself on Britney's bad side after she was slammed by the pop crooner on Instagram.

On Tuesday, the Criminal artist shared a screenshot of Milano's tweet from December to her IG story that read, "Someone please go check on Britney Spears."

While there wasn't any further explanation surrounding the post, the 41-year-old pop diva clearly took offense to the previously posted tweet.

Alongside the screenshot of Milano's tweet, Britney wrote, "It saddens me to see things about me from people who don't know me !!! This definitely feels like a form of bullying!!!"

"Ladies, we are supposed to be rooting for one another not pulling one another down," Britney continued.

Following Britney's scathing post, TMZ reported that the Who's The Boss alum reached out to the singer to extend an olive branch on Wednesday, according to her rep.

It's unclear if all is forgiven between the two or if Britney even responded to Milano's apology.

Nevertheless, this isn't the first time Milano's found herself in the midst of a girl fight.

Though the Melrose Place star was influential in supporting the launch of the #MeToo movement, she was still slammed by her former costar Rose McGowan who was also part of the campaign.

In 2020, McGowan alleged that Milano was "toxic" while on the set of Charmed and also accused her former castmate of "stealing" the movement from founder Tarana Burke.
