Amid cannibalism scandal, Armie Hammer faces dog abuse accusations
Los Angeles, California - Armie Hammer is in the midst of a scandal after allegedly sending texts that expressed an obsession with cannibalism. Now, there are rumors that his dog Archie became one of the actor's victims.
In early January, a woman who said she had been intimate with Armie Hammer created an account on Instagram named @houseofeffie to share gruesome details of the bizarre sexual fantasies her ex-lover allegedly entertains.
Multiple women followed suit to confirm they had experienced the same kind of abusive relationship with the Hollywood actor.
The disturbing messages allegedly sent by the Call Me By Your Name star included rape fantasies, the desire to hurt partners, and one in which he self-identifies as a cannibal.
Several of Hammer's ex-girlfriends, including Courtney Vucekovich, have come forward and confirmed the abusive nature of their sexual interactions.
The 34-year-old himself has so far denied everything, and referred to the allegations as "bullshit claims."
Amid the recent scandal, the Daily Mail is now publishing fresh accusations of disturbing behavior. A source told the British tabloid that Hammer once provoked his dog Archie, who he shares with his estranged wife Elizabeth Chambers, to bite him and then complained about the pet while showing off his stitches on his private Instagram account, with the caption "F****** Archie."
Armie Hammer allegedly shared sex photos of ex-girlfriend without consent
An insider said that Hammer had been provoking Archie, a Welsh Terrier, to bite him. The pet is apparently "very docile" and "would only do something like this if provoked."
Armie's ex-girlfriend Paige Lorenze (22) also reported that the actor has previously expressed violent fantasies about his pet.
"He would get angry at his dog and say like: 'I'm going to kill this dog, I would have strangled him if you weren't here'," she recalled.
However, the Instagram model said she does not believe he ever seriously hurt his four-legged friend.
But the accusations against the actor keep getting worse: Lorenze revealed that Hammer "kept mannequins in the basement of his family home to practice tying up women." She also told Star magazine that the actor liked knife play and once carved his initial "A" on the skin above her pubic bone. She recalled it was so painful, she "blacked out."
Lorenze also shared on Twitter that Hammer would send photos of her naked body to people without her consent.
Hammer announced he was stepping away from his role alongside JLo in the upcoming comedy Shotgun Wedding shortly after the first cannibalism allegations emerged on social media early January.
However, a lawyer for Hammer has categorically denied the claims against him, calling them "patently untrue."
Armie Hammer has since remained quiet about the scandal.
