In the country of Georgia, users have paid homage to a special living landmark.

The city of Tbilisi boasts a stray four-legged-friend who is mostly stationary, waiting for food from locals and tourists who have come to see her.

The four-legged friend often waddles near her mapped location on Amagleba Street, hoping to be served some snacks.

The pup has been affectionately been christened "Watermelon" by her fans, most likely due to her "chunky size," according to some Google reviews.

Fans often treat her to a can of dog food from a nearby store, whose owner has been watching over Watermelon since she took up residence on the street, The Mirror reported.

The shop owner, however, has been trying to keep enthusiastic tourists from going overboard with the treats, as the pooch does not tend to stop eating when she is full – and has reached an unhealthy body weight.

As the dog is gaining more pounds, she is also gaining even more popularity.

She currently has over 80 positive Google reviews, and not a single negative one.

Some seem to be from people who have met Watermelon before, others probably just want to praise the animal in writing or hope to someday meet her.

A few reviews are concerned about the welfare of the canine: "Chunky old girl needs a home," wrote a somewhat distressed responder.

Others have taken to posting new photos of the "beautiful and very intelligent dog."

"I love you, my fat Watermelon," chimed in another reviewer. Many more agree.
