Cornwall, UK - Dogs are truly man's best friend, and one pup's intuition truly proved the point.

A 13-second TikTok clip has gone viral after causing widespread "Aws!" and broken hearts among viewers.

The video is captioned "Packing for uni" and shows the Louisa, a British dog owner, packing for her return back to college.

In the cute and tear-jerking clip, the cocker spaniel sits directly on top of her packed suitcase full of clothes in what looks like a puppy protest.

Louisa then lovingly strokes her dog on the chin. In the sweet moment, the dog seems to realize that her owner will be leaving.

"She's coming with me," Louisa wrote under the clip.

But a look at more clips from the student show that her dog seemed to have the right idea when she "protested".

Louisa's university move-in shows that her four-legged friend has most likely stayed behind with her parents, and the family cat too.

The viral hit has received more than1.8 million clicks, and garnered nearly 330,000 likes.

In the comments, TikTokers expressed their sentiments and gushed over the pup.

"Oh my God, my heart," one wrote.

Resourceful TikTokers, however, wanted to know how things had progressed, so several comments under Louisa's next few TikToks have come with commenters' collective question: "Where's the dog?"
