TikToker makes millions cry with touching farewell to her late Labrador

Jacksonville, Florida - Millions of TikTok users had something in their eye after watching the heartbreaking video of a grieving dog owner saying goodbye to her beloved four-legged friend.

TikTok's user Carina shared the emotional video just one day after she lost her chocolate lab named Lilly at the end of September.

She was clearly missing her pooch and posted simple candid shots of the sweet animal.

Over adorable footage of the late lab, the caption reads: "Sorry baby girl but you have to go now... Thank you for everything. We're so grateful we had 7 years with you. I love you forever and ever."

The chocolate lab had been diagnosed with cancer and had to be put to sleep.

Over 3.3 million TikTok users watched Carina's memorial to her dearly departed doggo and share in her grief.

Thousands sent their condolences in the comments and also told painful stories about their own fur babies.

One wrote, "I'm so sorry for your loss. This hit home.. my chocolate lab joe passed away last June. He was 15… I’m still completely crushed."

Three weeks later, the mourning dog mom posted another video of her late pet and thanked users for their sympathy.

"I just wanna say thank you to everyone who reached out to me, for all your kind words. All your comments and stories about your fur babies" Carina wrote.

"To the ones who also lost their pets, i am sending hugs and prayers."
