Internet - It's a scene melting hearts all over Instagram: a pile of puppies listening intently to a stuffed dragon reading them a story!

Fairy tales aren't just for kids, dogs love to be read to as well!

So what to do when you have an entire litter of puppies to keep entertained, but just don't have the time?

Instagram user golden.mylokin presented a fantastic solution to the problem: by placing an adorable toy dragon in with the pups to read them an exciting story, they were both entertained and calmed down!

In the video, you can see the little golden retrievers listening to the dragon – who is exactly their size – with rapt attention and even snuggling up to their storyteller!

As they hear the classic tale of Jack and the Beanstalk, the babies sniff at the glowing book and seem comforted by the dragon rocking back and forth.

They might not be able to understand a thing, but the results are adorable just the same. Many Instagram users found the scene almost overpowering.

"Oh God, I can't handle this cuteness!" is how one summed it up.

Not only do these little rascals warm the hearts of everyone who watches them, Dalton the Storytelling Dragon, produced by the company Cuddle Barn has become an absolute star with Instagram users himself. The toy is currently sold out online, so the viral fame is clearly paying off.
