People are completely baffled by the sight of this poor puppy's puffed up face. What in the world happened to him?

On Thursday, TikTok user Mathiiiel shared a short clip of his pet that has since gone viral.

It shows a little black and white dog chilling on the couch and looking into the camera with big round puppy eyes.

Captioned "My dog thinking about that time he ate a bee and had to be rushed to the vet," the video then cuts to a next the scene of a pretty bad medical emergency.

Suddenly, the poor pupper is hardly recognizable, as his head has doubled in size and has the shape of a balloon!

Thankfully, he seems to be ok, as he happily wags his tail while the vet gives him a quick pet.

The hilarious video has more than 36 million views and the comment section is full of users who just can't help but laugh – all while feeling a little bad for the dog.
