Great Pyrenees stuns dog walker with a sharp surprise!
Toledo, Ohio - One Twitter was was in for quite the shock when he noticed the dog he was walking was toting one heck of an accessory: a knife.
"I'm 42. I've owned dogs my entire life. Somehow I was totally unprepared for this moment," Twitter user Matt Paprocki wrote alongside a video of a Great Pyrenees named Theo, who was holding a knife by the mouth with the blade facing outward.
He's right: no matter how many dogs you've owned for any number of years or how many dog training videos you've watched, nothing can prepare you for the moment a canine companion refuses to drop its weapon.
In the vid, Matt pleads his case to the fluffy Great Pyrenees: "Theo, drop the knife. Holy sh*t. Drop the knife." According to a follow-up tweet from Paprocki, who is Theo's dog walker, the doggo found the knife in a pile of branches.
When his attempts to get Theo to drop the knife failed, Paprocki reached out to the doggo's human, who arrived at the scene with two tasty options to trade with Theo for the knife: whipped cream and salmon. "It worked," Paprocki wrote.
The video of Theo's armed and dangerous outing has garnered 3.6 million views in just two days.
