The dog owner was stunned to discover that her own four-legged friends, Yogi and Dogi, had been joined by a third pup.

Smith pulled out her camera to capture the curious moment, which she shared on TikTok.

In the video, she pans the camera to the left and tells viewers: "This is not my dog!"

The uninvited guest is the neighbor's dog, named Marbles.

"We have a dog door," the pet owner explained. "At some point in time, she came in the dog door and climbed in bed with us."

When Smith tries to pet the animal, it takes off running.

"Marbles, Marbles!" Smith shouts in the video.

But Marbles was already gone.

Smith explained to inquiring TikTok users that her neighbors have a ten-month-old baby, and since Marbles is now 14-years-old, she probably needed a little "peace and quiet."

The clip now has over 700,000 views, and thousands of comments.

Some funny reactions included:

Since the first video, Smith has posted at least two more morning visits from Marbles.

"Marbles is my alarm clock," she wrote. "This is definitely a regular thing."

Perhaps the third time is the charm, and Marbles may have found her furr-ever fallback home.
